modus presents innovative AOI system and AI software
at the Productronica 2023 in Munich
At Productronica 2023 in Munich, modus presented an extremely diverse product range. This ranged from conventional scanner-based inline and offline AOI systems for conformal coating and THT inspection to innovative camera-based AOI solutions. In addition to a first-time introduction of modus' advanced Sense3D AOI system, which features advanced 3D capabilities and a modular approach that allows a variable number of sensors to be mounted either on a robotic arm or in a scanner, new AI software was also unveiled.
The modusAI software enables the creation of inspection plans for THT parts by significantly simplifying the process. With just a few clicks, an efficient and user-friendly method is provided to generate inspection plans.
