Single-side-top inspection THT+CC

This modus AOI system is designed for the inspection from the top side with an FOV of 420 x 420 mm (16.5” x 16.5”). It has one multi-LED illuminated line scan unit as well as our patented parallax-free lenses. The inspection is performed with three angles: 0°, -12° and +12°. The latest modus software V10 offers specific test modes for multi-angle inspection. The transport module has a system length of 1200mm (47.2 in.) and offers an optional return conveyor.
